In-Store Returns

We are proud to offer an exchange or merchandise credit within 15 days from the date of purchase, or receipt of delivery from online or instore sales for any customer who is not 100% satisfied. 

Sales of all jewelry, certified preowned watches and giftware can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase if, item(s) are returned unworn and in original condition accompanied by the original sales slip and packaging.

Shreve Crump & Low will not offer returns, exchanges, or merchandise credit for any purchases made on new watches.

Additional exclusions on purchases include but are not limited to the following: Special orders, sized items, Personal engraving, or damaged merchandise. All Antique & Estate merchandise is sold “AS IS” and is FINAL SALE. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy him/herself regarding the condition(s) of the piece at the time of purchase. Special orders require a non-refundable up-front deposit of 30%. 

Online Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. For all online purchases, you may receive a full refund if the product is returned within 15 days from the day of delivery and in original condition accompanied by your sales receipt.
