Set with a mystifying cushion cut blue sapphire weighing 22.85 carats and measuring 20.13 x 15.83 x 7.56mm. The sapphire comes accompanied by an official GIA report No. 2115399396, stating natural sapphire with Ceylon (present-day Sri Lanka) origins. The center stone is surrounded by one row of 16 marquise cut diamonds having a total weight of 4.25 carats.
