Our Toscana salt mill is an elegant glass and pewter totem with the same beading found on all designs that bear the Toscana name. Each mill is stamped with hallmarks representing our workshop, our company, the tin content of our alloy and the region of Italy where our pieces are made.Please note: match salt and pepper mills are not interchangeable. match salt mills have a ceramic mechanism, which salt will not harm, while our pepper mills have stainless steel grinding mechanisms, which salt (a corrosive) will destroy.
